pencilIn this sub-unit we deal with the role that the team leader should play in order to help the team develop synergy and effectiveness as well as solution-focus.

Would you like to begin this section with giving your opinion on the role of the team leader or director? If yes, please write in this box what comes spontaneously to mind. The best way of doing this is to simply imagine yourself being a team leader and then say what it feels like and what you would do in this role.

What do I mean? I mean a person who is procreative in facilitating the team developing more synergy, more positive communication, and producing more results.
